PADI Dry Suit Diver Course

Are you ready for your PADI Dry Suit Course?

You often hear people talking about the dive session. Well, if you dive in a Dry Suit, you can dive all year round. The Dry Suit will enable you to dive in colder water for longer. It is one of the few courses that can be completed at the same time as the Open Water Course, or at a later date.

Outline of the PADI  Dry Suit Course:

Like the Padi Open Water Course, you have Knowledge Reviews to complete first. Once these are completed, you will then review these with your Instructor.

Confined Water Pool Sessions:

You will have a Dry Suit orientation in the pool to familiarise yourself with the way the Dry Suit differs from a Wet Suit. This will focus on the buoyancy skills, neutral buoyance and hovering using the Dry Suit rather than the BCD.

Open Water Dives:

You will have to complete two dives in open water, repeating the skills you learnt in the pool. If you are completing your Dry Suit course at the same time as your Open Water Course, you will wear your Dry Suit for all four dives on the Open Water Course, and then one extra dive for Dry Suit skills.
