Orca Scuba Diving Academy is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre, which means we have the experience and dedicated staff (including Course Director Stuart) to provide top-notch instructor training. Our Instructor Development Course (IDC) will prepare you to teach PADI courses with confidence and professionalism, enabling you to transform students into safe, happy divers.

During the IDC, you’ll learn how to conduct all core PADI programs – from Open Water Diver to Divemaster. You’ll practice delivering presentations, demonstrating skills, and evaluating student performance following PADI’s teaching standards. There’s a strong emphasis on diver safety, risk management, and coaching techniques. After completing your training with us, you’ll be ready for the PADI Instructor Examination (IE) and to begin your journey as a certified PADI Instructor.
