This non-diving course is ideal for all divers, especially those who are PADI Rescue Divers, Divemaster candidates, or anyone looking to become a more prepared and responsible dive buddy. It’s also suitable for non-divers who support divers, such as boat crew or surface support staff.

What You’ll Learn on the PADI Emergency Oxygen Provider Course

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll gain hands-on experience with:

• Recognising diving illnesses that can benefit from emergency oxygen, such as decompression sickness and lung over-expansion injuries

• Setting up, using, and disassembling oxygen delivery systems, including:

  • Demand inhalers

  • Non-rebreather masks

  • Pocket masks

• Administering oxygen in real-world emergency scenarios

• Safety considerations when handling oxygen equipment

No prior CPR or first aid training is required, and there are no in-water components, making this course accessible and valuable to all.
