Gary Aldridge - PADI Staff Instructor and IAHD Instructor
Gary learnt to dive with a group of friends in Birmingham in 1996 and has since dived extensively in both the UK and abroad. Gary is passionate about the environment and conservation. Ha has led the way in terms of river clear ups, sea search projects and encouraging PADI Project AWARE. Gary is able to teach a full range of courses and is CRB cleared to work with children |

Bruce Pearce - PADI Staff Instructor and IAHD Instructor
Bruce learnt to dive on holiday in Kenya in 1993 and became an Instructor with PADI in 2005. He has a background as a Sales Manager and Trainer and has previously run training departments for some of the UK’s most successful financial services companies.
Bruce monitors the instructional team and is passionate about ensuring that all our students really enjoy the learning experience. Bruce has dived extensively in the UK and is fortunate enough to have dived in such places as Fiji, Sudan, California, Mexico, the Caribbean and of course the Red Sea. |

Kirstie Hewes - PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
Kirstie learnt to dive in the Caribbean in 2001 before experiencing the UK diving scene and qualifying as an Instructor in 2007. Kirstie is a tax specialist with one of the UK major accountancy firms and not surprisingly has an extraordinary eye for detail. Kirstie contributes an outstanding organisational ability to the team as well as making sure that there is always a female perspective. Kirstie regularly dives in the UK, loves the Caribbean and the Red Sea but favours the Maldives.

Andy Hardwick - PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
Andy learnt to dive in the Royal Navy in 1989. He then served as a Clearance Diver and has therefore experienced the real extremes of what diving can offer in every Ocean of the world. With all his experience as a professional Andy remains a very strong advocate of the PADI system of training and accreditation. He qualified as a PADI instructor in 2007. Andy has the longest list of places visited and is the only one in the team that can tell you about diving in zero visibility searching for mines by hand.

Steve Prior - PADI Course Director & Janet Prior - Staff Instructor
Steve is our designated Course Director. As a Course Director Steve works independently providing Instructor training to all those who wish to progress to professional levels within PADI. You will typically meet Steve in the company of his Staff Instructor and wife, Janet.
Steve and Janet market themselves through their business Prior Knowledge and without doubt represent the cutting edge in PADI training. They work through a number of dive centres in addition to ours making Steve is one of the most active Course Directors in the UK and it is no surprise that he and Janet instructed one of the team as a Divemaster and got four of the others through to Instructor level. Steve is also one of only a very select handful of people to achieve the status of Platinum Course Director which is a testament to his ability and dedication.
